Instructions:

Simply add .5 cc per tray and insert tray into your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes. Its that easy. Kit comes with (2) Heat & Form trays, (5) 10 ml syringes of 44% Carbamide Peroxide, and insert instructions. Add the led light for 20 minutes and gain up to 5 shades lighter!
